Shopping On Line and On Location
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. Ordering online with charactercollectables uses secure (128 bit) encryption techniques provided by PayPal to ensure your credit card details are not revealed to anyone else. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Charactercollectables is an experienced retailer and visitors are welcome to visit in person during opening hours to view our ranges of merchandise on the shop floor.

Stock levels are kept up to date as far as possible on the site, however, due to the volume of shop floor retail, we will confirm all stock levels and make ready orders to deliver before fulfilling any credit card transaction. Credit and Debit cards are debited just before items are shipped.

Delivery Information
We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and calculated according to the total gross weight of goods and packaging. Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 working days. Customers will be informed if unforeseen delays are expected. Other methods of delivery may be arranged by mutual agreement.

Prices
Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Return / Refund Policy
Your Collectable Character will be shipped in perfect condition, please inspect it upon delivery to ensure no damage has occured during transit. As a consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the price paid. To do this you must inform charactercollectables in writing at the above address and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement. After the 7 days you will have accepted the product.

Contract of Sale
A contract of sale is deemed conducted between customer and charactercollectables only when monies have been accepted and transferred to the seller.

Liability
The customer agrees that the use of the service is entirely at customer’s own risk. The site does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods. We shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, howsoever arising out of your use of this site or in respect of any of your actions or omissions taken in reliance on any of the advice or information contained on this site or any site to which this site is linked.
